“So good!” This is something we hear from many a breakfast guest at the Altstadthotel Wolf-Dietrich. Our generous breakfast buffet puts everyone in a good mood. Take your time and taste your way through some Austrian specialities. 

Much of what we serve comes from local producers and organic farms. Many of our guests say that we are among the best hotels in Salzburg – we feel honoured and we say thank you with homemade cakes and treats!

A slice of Italy in the Linzergasse: the stylish Restaurant Wasserfall treats you to Mediterranean highlights with a menu that features antipasti, soups, pasta, fish, meat and – of course – dolci.


Restaurant s’Herzl 

Authentic, down-to-earth Salzburg cuisine with a modern touch: traditional fare with a special bratwurst menu, a wide selection of beer and a focus on the city itself are served up in the Getreidegasse. Restaurant s’Herzl is located in the Hotel Goldener Hirsch.


Restaurant Blaue Gans
